New year, more authentic me
I don’t know about you, but I am very much over the trope of ‘new year, new me’. I know it may sound appealing after the kind of year 2020 has been, but pause for a moment and let me tell you why I’m not buying into it anymore.

Great expectations: Friend or Foe?
When we build something up in our minds, psyche ourselves up for it then it doesn’t happen or doesn’t go the way we want, do we crumble like Miss Havisham, stuck in our own bitter world or do we pick ourselves back up and charge back into life?
I’m insecure, so what?
Insecurities. They haunt us all.
The problem is, we don’t know each others and the reasons behind them. Your horrible manager may put you down because they are unhappy at home or feel that they don’t have the experience to be where they are.
Is the modern world corrupting our view of a healthy relationship?
We are surrounded by images, TV shows, social media, apps and magazines depicting relationships or relationship advice.
Has all of this warped what we see as a healthy, normal relationship? How does this affect our personal and professional lives?
Getting out of your own way
When asked what confectionary I would currently describe myself as, I said a room temperature Cadbury Eclair. You know, those caramel goodnesses with a heart of chocolate. So yummy!
But why?
Perfectly Imperfect
It’s ok to not be ok. It’s great to not be perfect because you know what?
