Do you want to boost your authentic confidence, strengthen your constructive mindset and build up a log of evidence that shows you just how incredible you are?

GREAT! Then the AuthenticMe: 25 Days of Mental Fitness is for you.

What will happen?

Every day for 25 days you will receive an email from me with a mental exercise, visualisation, quote or thought of the day specially designed to help build up a positive, constructive mindset (backed up by scientific research!). My daily email will also remind you to write down some reflections from the day and 3 things you are grateful for or proud of (a key part of strengthening that mental muscle).

What should I do now?

1. Sign up for the 25 Days of Mental Fitness when sign up reopens in 2021

2. Check your email, remember it may go into 'Promotions' or 'Spam' folders so why not add beth@andhope.co.uk to your contact list

3. Buy yourself a gorgeous notebook that brings you joy and wait for it to start!
