New year, more authentic me
I don’t know about you, but I am very much over the trope of ‘new year, new me’. I know it may sound appealing after the kind of year 2020 has been, but pause for a moment and let me tell you why I’m not buying into it anymore.

Trust the process: How three little words got me through my darkest times
It was 2017: I was recently single, facing up to my post-traumatic stress disorder from sexual assault, was two and a half stone heavier than I knew was healthy for my body and had no idea where I was going career wise.

I’m insecure, so what?
