I loved speaking to Kasia Bradford for her ‘Timid to Confident’ series.

We covered my story and how I have boosted my authentic confidence as well as some tips on how to keep working out your mental muscle to increase your mental fitness.

“I think it’s really important to acknowledge that we all go up and down and that’s completely natural…there’s a great visual from mindfulness, that emotions and situations are like the sea. So it’s always going to naturally have that ebb and flow…what we can do is..rather than trying to control the sea, we go with it”
