Mad about Barre, Spin and all things that bring physical and mental health together.

I help my clients go from good to great and start living the life they really want.

Confidence underpins everything we do: how we view ourselves, how we love ourselves, how we love others, how we are in work, what our dreams are and how we go about achieving these, enjoying the journey and being able to handle knock backs.

I have dealt with being made redundant, not knowing what the hell I am doing with my life, crushing heartbreak, PTSD but above all of this, I know I am loved and now really truly love myself.

Finally facing my demons, working hard on these and my inner critic, Gertrude, (yes she has a name!) has enabled me to make changes in my life I never thought were possible.

I know I am strong, resilient and finally authentically confident. I want to help people like I was.

You deserve to feel good in yourself.

You deserve to create a positive, fulfilled life.

You deserve to radiate out this positivity so that it touches other people’s lives.
